UNIQR is a student-built attendance and data management platform developed by CASCSC Officers exclusively for the College of Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) and the College of Business, Tourism, and Economics (CBTE) student councils and their student bodies.

• QR Code Attendance – Web-based scanner for recording student attendance via unique QR ID codes
• Digital ID Cards – Students can access and download their UNIQR ID with QR code anytime
• Appeals System – Submit and track absence appeals with supporting documents
• Sanctions Management – Automated tracking of attendance violations and fines
• Membership Fee Tracking – Monitor and manage student council fee payments
• Wall of Fame – Leaderboard celebrating students with perfect attendance
• PDF Exports – Generate receipts, reports, and attendance records
• Google Account Integration – Secure sign-in and password recovery via Google
• Academic Period Management – Track records per semester and school year

Role-Based Access

• Administrators – Full system control, user management, and settings configuration
• Officers – Upload attendance, review appeals, manage sanctions and fees
• Students – View attendance records, check sanctions, submit appeals, download ID cards

Developed By

CASCSC Officers and students of Dr. Emilio B. Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology (DEBESMSCAT). This system was created to provide a centralized, student-focused platform for attendance management.
